Limited 180gm audiophile vinyl LP pressing including insert.
On their 1995 sophomore album, Maryland stoner rock innovators Clutch added splashes of space-rock and funk-metal into their hazy brew of Seventies proto-metal worship. It was a step away from the punk-inflected jams of their 1993 debut, but between the band’s fresh and unpredictable approach to red-eyed riffs and smoky grooves and frontman Neil Fallon’s idiosyncratic vocals, Clutch carved a lane of their own on this self-titled classic. Like all great stoner-metal, hearing it on 180g audiophile-quality vinyl is the way to go.
