System of a Down returned to the stage for the first time in eight months last night (April 24th), with the iconic nu-metal foursome having treated Bogota, Colombia’s Estadio El Campín to a set full of big hits, deep cuts and more.
SOAD’s first show of 2025 launched a South American tour. It began with a take on traditional Armenian folk song “Der Voghormia,” and then launched into Hypnotize’s “Attack,” a track the band had not hit live since 2015.
Throughout the night, they also revived Steal This Album!’s “Streamline” for the first time since 2005, played “Marmalade” for the first time since 2015, returned “A.D.D.” and “Roulette” to the rotation for the first time since 2018, and brought back their “Violent Pornography” after a six-year absence.
The 34-song mega-set likewise hit the big ones, like “Chop Suey,” “B.Y.O.B.,” “Toxicity,” “Sugar,” “Aerials,” “Lonely Day,” and ran through eternal crushers like “Deer Dance” and “Suite-Pee.” Per setlist.fm, they also sprinkled a Bee Gees tribute into “Psycho.”

SOAD resume their South American tour on Sunday (April 27th) with a performance at Santiago, Chile’s Parque Estadio Nacional.
As previously reported, the band are also set to hit a handful of two-night stands in North America later this year. The shows will feature support on select dates from Avenged Sevenfold, Korn, Deftones, Wisp and Polyphia.
