Dimebag Darrell is about to dominate your toy chest. Via the music-loving toy crafters at Super7, Pantera’s guitar-hoisting Cowboy From Hell is hitting the collectibles scene as a posable, 3.75” action figure.
Super7’s latest entry in their long-running line of ReAction musical action figures salutes the late Dimebag Darrell Abbott, presenting the musician at the same scale as a vintage G.I. Joe figure, and featuring five points of articulation to help him riff ‘round your display case.
A press release explains that the Dimebag figure includes “a pink soul patch and beard, intricate tattoo detailing,” and comes with a removable guitar accessory that can “unleash those unforgettable solos and power chords on your collection at a moment’s notice.” The guitar itself seems to be based on the Culprit offset model Abbott had first conceptualized in the Nineties — notably, full-size models of the guitar are also “coming soon” via Dime Guitarz.
The Dimebag Darrell figure and its accessories are also being packaged atop a flame-heavy, full-color blistered cardback. You can see the detailing on the figure and packaging above and down below, while the ReAction figure is currently selling in Revolver’s shop.
