Sleep Token have reemerged.
After a very cryptic lead-up campaign complete with sheet music and geographic coordinates, Vessel and Co. are back with their first new music since 2023’s breakthrough album Take Me Back to Eden: the stunning single “Emergence,” which takes the band’s sound to an otherworldly new place but still could only be Sleep Token. It’s the first taste of Even In Arcadia, the group’s just-announced fourth full-length and first for RCA Records.
The six-and-a-half minute cut opens with soulful vocals, sparse piano and an ambient hum before skittering electronic beats drop in and then, around the 2:40 mark, some heavy downtuned riffage crashes the party. It all builds to a very Sleep Token-ian epic climax before fading with an extended saxophone-led outro.
The accompanying visualizer video focuses on a mysterious green banner bearing a coat of arms with three axes. It slowly burns away amid the flowery pink landscape previously revealed in teaser clips. Watch and listen above.
In addition to the new single and album announcement, Sleep Token have also unveiled the 17-date “Even In Arcadia Tour.” The trek will be the band’s only 2025 headline run and exclusive to the U.S. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, March 21st at 10 a.m. local time here.
