Linkin Park took part in last night’s Billboard Music Awards broadcast (December 12th) to rep their recent comeback album, FROM ZERO, with a energetic performance of its lead single, “The Emptiness Machine.”
The pre-recorded performance took place November 15th at a concert in São Paulo, Brazil, and that night the band tackled the pop-punky banger in front of a massive crowd at Allianz Parque. As you can hear in the mix, several thousand fans sung along with vocalist-guitarist Mike Shinoda and recently instated co-vocalist Emily Armstrong.

While the performance took place close to a month ago, it was revealed last night that Linkin Park had been crowned with a pair of Billboard awards, for both “Top Hard Rock Artist” and “Top Rock Duo/Group.” You’ll find the full list of winners here.
As previously reported, Linkin Park will keep their “From Zero Tour” going in 2025, with a 50-plus show run kicking off January 31st at Mexico City, Mexico’s Estadio GNP Seguros. The world tour likewise hits up the rest of North America, as well as Europe and Asia. Joining Linkin as support acts will be the likes of Queens of the Stone Age, AFI, Architects and Spiritbox.
