Capitalizing on the crushing force of Knocked Loose and Denzel Curry’s recent “Hive Mind” collaborative single, the Kentucky-made hardcore crew and the rapper have announced they’re joining forces for an upcoming North American tour.
The upcoming co-headline tour was announced today (May 28th), and launches September 26th at the MegaCorp Pavilion in Newport, Kentucky. The 25-date stretch hits both coasts of the U.S., and likewise pokes into Canada and Mexico.
Beyond sporting sets from Knocked Loose and Denzel Curry, the tour also features support from post-hardcore swirlers Superheaven and Connecticut metalcore menaces Boundaries.
A pre-sale for the newly-announced dates goes up on June 2nd, while tickets become available to the general public on June 4th. As previously reported, “Hive Mind” was delivered as a standalone single in February. At the time, Revolver praised the tag-team joint as “a great bit of collaborative, concussive fun,” despite it also being an attack track targeting trend-riders.
A press release now notes that people should “stay tuned for more from Knocked Loose and Denzel Curry coming very soon.”
Knocked Loose also have a handful of European shows with Metallica and Gojira between now and July, including a stop at Berlin, Germany’s Olympiastadion tomorrow night (May 29th). You’ll find the remaining date info here.
