Coming off the recent release of Jinjer’s Live in Los Angeles concert album, the Ukrainian progressive groove-metal force have announced they’re heading back to Cali as part of a broader fall North American tour.
The band announced the tour this morning (June 11th), confirming an 18-date stretch of headlining shows and fest appearances from coast to coast. This kicks off September 20th at Sayreville, New Jersey’s Starland Ballroom, includes a pair of Canadian dates in Toronto and Montreal, and will wrap up on the west coast for an appearance at Sacramento, California’s Aftershock Festival.
“It’s finally time for some huge announcements,” the band said in a statement. “We’ll be performing some brand new unreleased songs from our upcoming fifth studio album – just cannot wait to share what we’ve been working on for the last two years. This will be without a doubt a banger of a tour … we’re looking forward to this so much!”
Jinjer will likewise be joined on the dates by rising “Harajuku-core” group HANABIE. and veteran progressive metalcore unit Born of Osiris. Tickets go on-sale this Friday (June 14th).
