Superheaven’s first album in a decade has finally seen the daylight. Today (April 18th), the celebrated, multi-million-streamed rock outfit delivered their much-anticipated self-titled LP. And it’s a crusher.
As previously reported, Superheaven first returned with new music late last year, initially releasing the groove-heavy “Long Gone” and distorted post-hardcore cut “Numb to What is Real” as a two-song teaser to the LP. Those cuts, as well as more recent reveals “Cruel Times” and “Stare at the Void,” are indeed part of the 10-song release.
Now the band have unveiled the album in full, so you can hear thick-and-meaty, conflict-themed riffers (“Humans for Toys”), melancholy stomps (“Sounds of Goodbyes”) and one super ripping grunge-core shot of adrenaline (“Hot Head”).

Superheaven was engineered by the band’s guitarist-vocalist Jake Clarke and drummer Zack Robbins at the latter’s Metal Shop studio before being mixed by Rich Costey (Foo Fighters, Rage Against the Machine).
The album is out now via Blue Grape Music, and you can order a copy on grape-tinted vinyl in Revolver’s shop.
