Formed in the early Nineties by Ozzy Osbourne guitarist Zakk Wylde, Pride & Glory was an outlet for the metal guitar hero to express his longtime love for Cream, the Allman Brothers and more. The power trio pushed Wylde’s raspy, melodic yowl to the fore on the ultra-anthemic single “Losin’ Your Mind,” but it also delivered back-porch banjo pickin’, a tornado-tough blur of wah-crazed lead work and serious Southern-rock groove. Wylde would put Pride & Glory to pasture shortly after releasing their self-titled debut in 1994, but its barnstorming feel lives on through his work with Black Label Society.
Pressed on 12" 180g color in color vinyl.
Limited pressing of 1,500.
