Description
When you’re covered by Pantera for The Crow soundtrack, you’ve got cred points to spare in our book. The band in question is Portland, Oregon’s Poison Idea, the song “The Badge,” off 1990’s Fight the Darkness. While that pit-driving screed might be the headliner, the group’s revered third LP is packed with ragers that showcase why the band — particularly late, great guitarist Tom “Pig Champion” Roberts — influenced the likes of Nirvana, Metallica, Eyehategod and the aforementioned Cowboys From Hell.
-Remastered from the original 24-track analog reels by Joel Grind (Toxic Holocaust)!
