SLEEP TOKEN’s ‘Take Me Back to Eden’ goes platinum

Sleep Token’s Take Me Back to Eden was a major breakthrough for the alt-metal band, one that put the heavy music world in a “Chokehold” over its command of djent, pop, R&B and more. Three years on, the songs still hit in a major way, and it’s been confirmed that the album has officially gone Platinum.

Press materials explain that 2023’s Take Me Back to Eden recently surpassed more than 2 billion global streams, which means that Vessel and Co.’s third longplayer has been certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). Furthermore, the album’s second single, “The Summoning” has been certified Gold, which means that it has cleared 500,000 plays on its own.

Take Me Back to Eden is Sleep Token’s first Platinum album. Last year’s Even in Arcadia reached Gold status earlier in 2026. That said, the band’s most recent release made waves in 2025 after debuting at No. 1 on the Billboard album charts — Revolver also dubbed it our Album of the Year.
