Worlds collided last week when metalcore vets Silent Planet and Invent Animate unveiled their collaborative “Return to One” single, the first tease from their upcoming joint Bloom In Heaven EP. Fittingly, the two bands will likewise hit the road to support that release and more on an upcoming spring North American tour.
The bands confirmed the trek today (January 28th), noting that each show will find Silent Planet performing their 2023 full-length Superbloom in full. Likewise, Invent Animate will be dropping into their 2023 album Heavener each night as well. Presumably, they may also amalgamate on-stage to perform their Bloom In Heaven songs.
The tour kicks off April 17th at Corpus Christi, Texas’ House of Rock, and will make a clockwise swirl out towards the West Coast, then up North and into Canada before closing things out on May 16th, when both bands perform at Daytona, Florida’s Welcome to Rockville festival.
Joining the bands for all non-festival club dates will be Pennsylvanian metalcore group 156/Silence and Sweden’s ALLT.

As previously reported, Bloom In Heaven is said to feature three tag-team tracks from Silent Planet and Invent Animate. While “Return to One” is streaming now, the rest of the EP will arrive sometime in March. Vinyl pre-orders are already up over here.
