A few months on from the release of Breaking Benjamin’s “Awaken”, the band’s first single in five years, the hard rockers have unveiled an epically frigid, tundra-conquering music video for the track.
Since its release, “Awaken” hit the top of Billboard’s Rock Digital Songs charts, and likewise went top 20 across various other charts, and has amassed more than 33 million streams.
The song has apparently also been reverberating off of ice caves and beastly prehistoric skeletons, judging by the mountain-scouring, CGI-employing music video, which you can see up above. The video likewise features a storyline where a woman explores the same mountainscape with fantastical results.
As previously reported, Breaking Benjamin are linking up with road buds Staind for another round of tour dates. The two groups’ “Awaken the Fallen Tour” follows a fall 2024 run of dates, and the upcoming spring fling kicks off April 26th at Brandon, Mississippi’s Brandon Amphitheater.
