Baltimore hardcore veterans End It are stepping up their game by announcing the arrival of their first-ever full-length release. Titled Wrong Side of Heaven, the group’s debut album is being previewed by a youth crew-leaning music video for its “Pale Horse.”
Directed by Noah Haycock, the video bounces between shots of End It and some youthful doppelgangers crushing the fast-thwacked hardcore cut on a skateboard ramp. There’s also a pinata beatdown, some trampoline action and a few pit-ready kickboxing moves.
Throughout the song, vocalist Akil Godsey screams of integrity and people “willing and able to stand for what’s right.” You can check it all out up above.
A press release explains that Wrong Side of Heaven follows a trio of EPs from End It — including their Revolver-favorited Unpleasant Living release from 2022. The album was recorded at Salad Days Studio with owner/engineer Brian McTerman (Battery), and the song cycle is said to be “spreading awareness of the change that’s coming to Americans, personal growth, and maintaining the ethics and integrity of hardcore.”
