Lamb of God have officially revealed the full lineup behind this year’s Headbangers Boat cruise, which now finds them setting sail with the likes of classic thrashers Death Angel, deathcore vets All Shall Perish, reunited sludge crew Kylesa and more.
As previously reported, next year’s cruise takes place October 30th-November 3rd of next year, and it will head from Miami, Florida to Great Stirrup Cay, Bahamas. Lamb of God will headline, while the first wave of artists to be revealed included Zakk Sabbath, the Dillinger Escape Plan, In Flames, GWAR, the Haunted, D.R.I., 200 Stab Wounds, X-Cops, and a performance from the Mark Morton Band.
Today (January 8th), it was confirmed in press materials that the traveling metal cruise, which provides “four sleepless nights and endless shredding,” will also feature sets from the likes of Harms Way, Soilent Green and Chained Saint. Comedians Clownvis and Dave Hill will also be aboard, while info on a special “Headbangers Band” set is impending.
The round-trip aboard the Norwegian Jewel vessel includes a stop at Great Stirrup Cay, Bahamas, where “white-sand beaches, turquoise waters, and your very own island experience await.”
It had previously been added that the next Headbangers Boat features “world-class dining and endless amenities, along with a variety of once-in-a-lifetime experiences and exclusive activities with your favorite artists and fellow metalheads.”
