Are you ready…for more Korn/Adidas swag? The nu-metal outfit and the tri-stripe lifestyle brand have partnered up once again to deliver a line of sneakers, t-shirts, jackets and more, this time theming it all around the Korn’s 1994 self-titled debut.
As with the previous drops around Life is Peachy and Follow the Leader, the latest clothing collab works in elements from Korn’s creepy-as-fuck artwork. This includes a t-shirt based on the iconically sinister album cover, though the lurking shadow that crept ever-closer towards a kid on a swing set has now been replaced by the Adidas logo.
The Korn x Adidas Superstar sneaker also features the modified album cover art on the insole, while the Korn logo is both squiggling on the leather heel collar and all over those tri-stripes. Commemorating the band’s current 30th anniversary celebrations, “Est. 1994” is stitched underneath the tongue…the ball tongue, perhaps.
Further tying things together, Adidas have also whipped up a tracksuit jacket, a shirt, and pants featuring a blue-red-and-white gingham printing that conjures the colour scheme of the dress the schoolgirl was wearing on the cover.
A joint Instagram post between the band and the brand explains that you can already get your hands on the merch if you sign up for the Adidas’s CONFIRMED app between now and October 31st. The collection will also be made available on adidas.com and in select stores while products last.
