Though Imminence are currently touring Europe to support the songs off their shadowy The Black album — one of Revolver’s favorite releases of the year so far — the Swedish metal act have announced they’re making their way back overseas in 2025 for their next North American tour.
The band confirmed the next leg of their ongoing The Black tour today (October 15th), with Imminence now set to make it back to U.S. and Canadian venues in the spring. The trip kicks off March 8th at The Palladium in Worcester, Massachusetts, and caps April 5th at the Starland Ballroom in New Jersey. Joining Imminence the whole trip through will be French metalcore crew Landmvrks and Japanese visual kei-metal heavies Jiluka.
“With a sold-out European leg of our album tour, The Black has grown faster and bigger than we could ever have imagined,” Imminence said in a joint statement. “Joined by Landmvrks and Jiluka, we return to the United States and Canada, stronger than ever, and ready to take ‘The Black Tour’ to even more cities in North America. From Sweden with love.”

In the meantime, Imminence have also kept the celebrations going for The Black by unveiling a recent music video for the record’s “Continuum.” The track, which features guest vocals from Orbit Culture’s Niklas Karlsson, is fit with shots of an hourglass spitting out infinite grains of black sand. As previously reported, Imminence had hit North America for a short spring tour, just after The Black’s April 2024 release. In the summer, the band offered up a symphonic live performance of the record’s title track through a music video recorded at the historic Ystads Theater in Sweden.
