Fresh off of their shows supporting Acid Bath, veteran rifflords High on Fire have announced that a North American headline tour of their own will take off in September.
The new tour dates were announced by the trio today (July 28th). While High on Fire have three more shows with Acid Bath scheduled throughout the summer, they launch the headline run at Vancouver, British Columbia’s Pearl venue on September 17th.
“High on Fire is headed to stages near you,” the group said in a joint statement. “Let’s get LOUD.”
The trek, which features support from Bay Area bangers Charger and Georgia State riffers Bastardane, then crosses into Alberta for another pair of Canadian shows before dipping South of the border and running down to California. The headlining portion of the tour concludes September 30th at the Ritz in San Jose, California, though High on Fire will also be appearing at the Aftershock Festival and Jacumba Breakdown Fest in October.
