Following a quasi-cryptic billboard reveal and some online teasing, pop-hardcore adventurists Turnstile have finally announced their next album. The follow-up to 2021 breakthrough Glow On is called NEVER ENOUGH, and the band are teasing the collection with the title track.
The new single begins with some tranquil, New Age-y synth layers and an all-echo vocal performance from frontman Brendan Yates seemingly about keeping your eyes on the prize (“Never let your guard down anyway you go”). The song eventually drives into teal-toned distortion, deftly cracked drum hits and a speaker-panning guitar solo — but likewise winds back down into more keys-driven ambiance.

As for NEVER ENOUGH, the album was recorded in Los Angeles, California and their homes in Baltimore, Maryland, and was produced by Yates. The record is described as “a restless and exhilarating evolution of the band’s genre-defying sound.”
NEVER ENOUGH also marks their first full-length release with rhythm guitarist Meg Mills, who joined Turnstile as a touring member in 2023 following the 2022 exit of founding guitarist Brady Ebert.

NEVER ENOUGH sees release June 6th via Roadrunner Records and can be pre-ordered on vinyl, CD and cassette at Revolver’s shop.
