Canadian metal force ONI is closing out 2024 with a bang, dropping a high-octane new video for the band’s latest single, “Realign.”
Shot during the group’s tour with Pop Evil and Bad Wolves, the video offers a front-row seat to the raw energy of ONI’s live shows, featuring the project’s mastermind Jake Oni alongside his live band, which includes viral guitar virtuoso Jared Dines. With diehard fans screaming in unison, the footage showcases the band in their element and speaks to their growing following.
As for the song, “Realign” was co-produced by Jake Oni and Spiritbox bassist Josh Gilbert, and it represents a mellower, more melodic and anthemic side of the band.
“Realign” is the latest taste of what’s in store on ONI’s forthcoming Genesis EP, due out January 24th. The EP features five tracks, including the previously released “Deja Vu,” “Walk Away” and “Control,” alongside a new, never-before-heard track, “Erase.”
