Last week, Guns N’ Roses announced a world tour for 2026, as well as plans to issue a pair of new singles by the end of this year. As promised, Axl and CO. have now let loose two new tunes to streamers: “Atlas” and “Nothin’.”
“Atlas” has existed in the Gunners-sphere for decades, having once gone under the working title “Atlas Shrugged.” It plays both brawny and tender, leans into almost Southern-rockin’ guitar dynamics, and has Axl Rose yowlin about ambition (“I’d be the last to say don’t follow your heart, but there’s more to what it takes to be a man.”). “Nothin’” takes on more surprising, mildly fuzzy electric piano textures, and features bluesy, bottom-of-the-pool-slick guitar embellishment, but eventually goes Guns-style power ballad. As previously reported, Guns N’ Roses are back on the road in 2026, kicking off a world campaign at Monterrey, Mexico’s Tecate Pa’l Norte venue on March 28th. They then run through South America, make an appearance at Florida’s Welcome to Rockville in May, cross over to Europe in June, and are back in North American arenas by the summer.
