Hear DOROTHY and SLASH’s boot-stomping revenge anthem “Tombstone Town”

Ever get the feeling you’ve been cheated? Dorothy sure has, and that’s exactly why the solo artist has fired off a revenge-driven country-rocker titled “Tombstone Town” to all you double-crossers out there. Fair warning, Guns N’ Roses guitarist Slash has also got her back on the cut.

The new single, which you can check out in the lyric video up above, is a part of Dorothy’s next album, The Way. As you’ll hear, “Tombstone Town” is a fiesty, gun-slingin’ salvo where Dorothy contemplates how itchy her trigger finger is feelin’, after finding out some boy with “an evil heart full of venom” has been doing her wrong.

“‘Tombstone Town’ is a sexy boot-stomper about betrayal, revenge and mercy,” Dorothy confirmed in a statement, while Slash, who provides a mid-song solo, called their team up a “sexy rock n’ roll grind, featuring Dorothy’s inimitable swagger and great guitar hook.”

The Way is Dorothy’s fourth full-length album, and the record likewise features 2024 singles “I Come Alive,” “The Devil I Know” and “MUD.” The album, said to deliver heavy rock with a “healthy helping of Southern swagger and country-style storytelling,” was written by Dorothy and producer Scott Stevens (Halestorm, Shinedown, Daughtry).

An exclusive pre-order for The Way on transparent vinyl, limited to 300 copies, is available now in the Revolver shop. The album officially sees release March 14th via Roc Nation.

Revolver also interviewed Dorothy about the making of The Way, collaborating with Slash and more for our Winter Issue. You can order a copy here.
