DOWN, DILLINGER ESCAPE PLAN, EXODUS to headline Milwaukee Metalfest 2025

The Milwaukee Metalfest has been bringing the heat since being relaunched by Hatebreed vocalist Jamey Jasta in 2023, and 2025 is set to keep things just as spicy. Next spring, the fest will host big time appearances from stoner godhead Down, mathcore maniacs Dillinger Escape Plan, thrash titans Exodus and more.

The midwestern metal event officially takes place May 15-18, 2025 at Milwaukee’s The Rave / Eagles Club. It’s confirmed that Down will be the marquee headliners, while the reunited DEP will continue their current full-album performance series behind 1999 classic Calculating Infinity, which has brough original vocalist Dimitri Minakaksis back to the mike.

Jasta also shared in a statement that metal fans “can’t live without Bay Area Thrash,” so Exodus, whom he added has been one of the most requested bands to add to the MMF lineup since the relaunch, was a no-brainer.

So far, it’s also been revealed that the four-day fest will feature additional performances from the likes of 3 Inches of Blood, Destruction, Wolves in the Throne Room, the Acacia Strain, Harms Way, Fugitive, Speed, Full of Hell, Nekrogoblin, Exhorder and more.

Early bird, multi-day passes are being sold at a discount on the MMF website for the next week, along with single-day tickets. You can find out more about the ticketing options and the lineup adds thus far over here.
