CHEVELLE announce new album ‘Bright as Blasphemy’ with single “Jim Jones (Cowards, Pt. 2)”

Hot on the heels of their first new song in four years, March’s “Rabbit Hole (Cowards, Pt. 1),” alt-metal favorites Chevelle have announced their upcoming 10th album, Bright as Blasphemy, and offered a follow-up single, “Jim Jones (Cowards, Pt. 2).”

The punchy, crunching latest song arrived accompanied by an official lyric video. Watch and listen above.

“History teaches us the longest rabbit hole has no end,” the band commented of the new single in a joint statement, adding of the full album: “Human existence encompasses both inherent challenges and potential. It’s up to you how to pass the time. Enjoy.”

Bright as Blasphemy is due out August 15th via Alchemy Recordings and available for pre-order on exclusive, limited-edition colored vinyl at Revolver’s shop.
