The Cavalera brothers are set to bring old school Chaos to North American crowds this fall, with the Sepultura founders having just announced that they’ll be playing 1993’s landmark Chaos A.D. album in full on their next tour.
Iggor and Max Cavalera announced the trek this morning (June 9th), confirming that the upcoming headlining tour will find them playing the entirety of Sepultura’s fifth full-length to raging crowds each night. Those club dates will also feature opening sets from industrial-metal icons Fear Factory.
The tour coincides with a handful of fest appearances and previously announced shows alongside Slayer and Lamb of God. The first show of the Cavalera’s headlining run is September 21st at Liverpool, New York’s Sharkey’s.
Tickets go on-sale to the general public this Friday (June 13th) at 10 a.m. local time. You’ll find Cavalera’s full schedule below, while more info on ticketing can be found here.
The Chaos A.D.-specific trip follows Cavalera’s “Third World Trilogy” tour earlier in the year, which found the band celebrating songs from three earlier Sepultura classics: 1985’s Bestial Devastation EP, 1986’s Morbid Visions and 1987’s Schizophrenia.
