Extreme-metal legends Behemoth are getting ready to play their biggest-ever headlining show, which takes place next Friday (April 25th) at Wrocław, Poland’s Hala Stulecia venue. In case you can’t make it out to the sold-out hometown show — which precedes the band’s upcoming The Shit ov God LP — the good news is that Behemoth will be livestreaming the whole goddamn thing.
Behemoth will be hosting their “Unholy Trinity: Live from Wroclaw” concert through Veeps, with the global stream also set to present opening sets from fellow extremists Satyricon and Rotting Christ. This will all take place at a packed Hala Stulecia — a venue described as a “UNESCO World Heritage site celebrated for its cultural and architectural significance” — set to house 6,000 metal fans for the night.
“We are standing on the threshold of an unprecedented moment in extreme metal,” Behemoth vocalist-guitarist Adam “Nergal” Darski said in a statement. “This will not only be the biggest headlining show Behemoth has ever performed [and] will be one of the most monumental and significant black-metal concerts in history.”
The Behemoth founder added that the stage show is an “extraordinary production,” while the livestream will be presented using a multi-camera setup “capturing every moment of this spectacle.” Nergal added: “I invite and encourage all of you to be part of this. If not in the flesh, then in spirit, through your screens.”
