On Friday, October 11th, Slipknot played their final North American show of 2019, headlining the first night of Sacramento’s Aftershock festival. The Nine barreled through an insane 17-song set spanning their inimitable career decked out in snappy white outfits, flanked by hair-raising pyrotechnics, flashing screens and vertiginous hydraulic keg-towers. It was a fittingly epic climax to a massive year for the ‘Knot, who have only a handful of international shows scheduled through the end of 2019 before they kick off a major European tour in 2020.
