SLAUGHTER TO PREVAIL’s ALEX TERRIBLE announces Blood4Blood bare-knuckle boxing promotion

Alex Terrible is getting into the bare-knuckle boxing promotion biz.

Just shy of a year on from the Slaughter to Prevail vocalist’s debut match as a bare-knuckle boxer, he’s announced the arrival of a new fighting promotion he dubs Blood4Blood — which launches in 2027.

The news arrived in a socials post from Terrible in which he announced the promotion, and gassed up an upcoming match from Sergey “Kratos” Kalinin, the vicious fighter who had gotten Terrible into the sport. While that particular match takes place this Saturday (December 27th), the Blood4Blood promotion is expected to start staging bare-knuckle fights in 2027.

Terrible noted that Blood4Blood will be a venture between the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC) and music fest promotion company Danny Wimmer Presents (Aftershock, Louder Than Life, Sonic Temple).

Details are pending, but Terrible revealed that Blood4Blood will unite bare-knuckle beatdowns with brutal breakdowns, noting it’ll be a spot where “bands [are] playing fucking heavy metal music and fighters [are] fucking bare knuckle fighting. That’s fucking crazy!”

He expects Kratos will be on the fight card, at some point. Terrible, himself will be on the bill, doubly — as a fighter, and while performing with Slaughter to Prevail.

“It is crazy, and I’m fucking crazy guy,” he summed up of the situation.

More details will be revealed in the future, but you can see his announcement here.

As previously reported, Slaughter to Prevail will be promoting their GRIZZLY album in 2026 while touring North American alongside Whitechapel and Attila. Those dates kick off in March, and can be found here.
