Queens of the Stone Age have announced they’re bringing more Catacombs-style shows above ground, with the alt-rock vets now set to stage a series of intimate headlining concerts across the West Coast this spring.
The new, 5-show stretch was revealed by the band earlier today (February 24th), which confirms another round of stripped-down shows akin to their 2024 performance in the Catacombs of Paris. QOTSA had staged a similar North American tour, which touted “arrangements crafted specifically for the occasion,” last fall.
The new dates begin April 24th at the Joshua Tree Retreat Center in Joshua Tree, California, then kick up to the Pacific northwest for shows in Washington State and Oregon, and then returns for a California finale at the Thunder Valley Casino Resort in Lincoln.
All of these dates will feature support from Libby Grace, and tickets go on0sale this Friday (February 27th) at 10 a.m. PT.
As previously reported, Queens of the Stone Age will also be touring North America through the summer and fall with their friends Foo Fighters. Details on a European tour with System of a Down and Acid Bath can be found here.
