Turnstile continue to ramp up the pre-release hype behind their much-anticipated and forthcoming album NEVER ENOUGH. Following the recent live premiere of three new tunes, the hardcore-expanding outfit have offered up a house-infused banger titled “LOOK OUT FOR ME.”
Following a brief, moody and effects-spangling intro, the band lunge into a bounce-forward, speaker-tremoring arrangement that recalls Glow On-style heaviness, but likewise what it might’ve sounded like had Audioslave drafted Perry Farrell into their lineup instead of Chris Cornell.
We also get some emotions-weary vocalizing from Brendan Yates (“Now my heart is hanging by a thread”) before the tune drops into a new-age synth breakdown, and then an extended, beat-bumping house music outro.
A music video, directed by the band’s Yates and Pat McCrory, involves people packing into a vintage station wagon to pilot around Baltimore. A pit stop in a field reveals Yates is behind the wheel. An ominous rush of people begin to encircle the vehicle, but before things get too hectic a smash-cut presents us with a more tranquil sight of birds flying above an ocean.

As previously reported, NEVER ENOUGH will be released June 6th via Roadrunner Records, and you can pre-order vinyl, CD and cassette copies over in Revolver’s shop.
Turnstile’s latest collection is likewise being released as a visual album, which premieres in full at the Tribeca Festival on June 5th.
