John Carpenter’s theme song for Halloween is creepier and more ominous than most metal tracks, but Orbit Culture figured they’d kick it up a notch and make it something you can mosh to.
The Swedish metal crew shared a djenty instrumental version of the iconic soundtrack that takes the bones of tune — its eerie piano line and spider-crawling-up-a-wall pacing — and adds chuggy guitars and pulverizing drums to the background.
