North West — the 12-year-old daughter of rapper Kanye West and Kim Kardashian — has delivered a guitar solo-crazed first single off a new EP dropping tomorrow (May 1st). Crossing the realms of emo, trap, punk and Eighties shred worship, the song — not to mention the EP — is called “#N0rth4evr.”
West teased the project earlier this year on socials and through a YouTube upload of chiptuned vocals, processed beats and spiked bracelet-flashing visuals. The new single, which arrived earlier today (April 30th), finds the young artist twisting through melodic and mega-auto-tuned bars above some metal-edged guitarmonies. It closes out with an EVH-ish run of shred.

While N0rth4evr will be West’s debut EP, she’s released a handful of solo singles over the past few years, including this February’s “Piercing on My Hand.” She also made the collaborative “Childlike Things” with FKA Twigs in 2025, and appeared on her father’s Never Stop EP last year as well.
