The early Xmas gift arrived today (December 19th), and it has James Hetfield hitting the mic to deliver Clement Clark Moore’s legendary reporting on a visit from St. Nicolas.
No subversive wink from his eye, no twists from this Het: the Metallica member delivers a reasonably straight, yet fun and heartwarming performance while rasping out the reindeer roll call and describing a particularly jolly old elf.
