Hear debut rap song from CHESTER BENNINGTON’s son Draven Bennington

Linkin Park frontman Chester Bennington has been gone for almost six years now, but his family are continuing to honor his musical legacy. The late nu-metal icon left behind six children when he died in 2017, and now his 21-year-old son Draven Bennington has launched a new musical endeavor of his own called RVRND.

Yesterday (April 25th), Draven dropped his debut solo song, “F_w_Me,” a bare-bones rap track with an icy beat and a chill yet confident vocal delivery.

Previously, Draven fronted and played rhythm guitar in an alt-metal band called Chaos, but from the sounds of the first RVRND track, this is a much different musical affair. Take a listen to “F_w_Me” above via YouTube.

Notably, the song is also featured in a new MTV series called Family Legacy that follows the lives of children whose parents are famous musicians. RVRND’s first EP is tentatively scheduled for an August release date.
