Hear ARCH ENEMY’s massive new song “Blood Dynasty”

Though we won’t get to hear Arch Enemy’s forthcoming Blood Dynasty  in full until next spring, the long-running European extreme metal outfit have done us a solid by issuing another pre-release single well in advance. This time around, we’re getting drenched by the vicious, and even viscous onslaught of the title track.

While “Blood Dynasty” was teased a few times across socials this past week, now that the song has been released in full we can hear the way that guitarists Michael Amott and Joey Concepcion link up for some bittersweet, but hella heavy melodies. Vocalist Alissa White-Gluz, meanwhile, fits the piece with some whispers and a patented powerhouse vocal performance.

“The third single from our upcoming album has arrived, and it’s the title track,” Amott said in a statement. “This one shifts gears from the fast and furious energy of our two recent singles, diving deeper into melody and atmosphere. Immerse yourself in this dystopian soundscape!”

Visually, things get fittingly goopy, which you can see in the blood-dripping video up above.

As previously reported, Arch Enemy’s 12th album is out March 28th via Century Media Records, and likewise features earlier singles “Dream Stealer” and “Liars & Thieves.” Pre-orders for standard and deluxe editions of the record are up for sale over here.
