BABYMETAL have given North American fans another Fox Day present: the kawaii-metal mainstays have just announced they’re coming back this way on a headline run with Halestorm, and they’ve also got a bonus cuts-loaded special edition of 2025’s METAL FORTH LP coming out later this year.
Per tradition, BABYMETAL have used Fox Day — which commemorates the borth of the in-lore Fox God — to make a major announcement. Today (March 31st), they formally confirmed that their next round of North American tour dates will technically begin with an August 30th appearance at San Diego, California’s Petco Park, in support of My Chemical Romance.
That said, the headline run kicks off a couple of days later when BABYMETAL roll into Denver, Colorado’s Ball Arena with support acts Halestorm and Violent Vira. There will be 17 shows with this lineup, altogether, thought BABYMETAL also have fest appearances lined up at Louder Than Life and Aftershock.
Pre-sales for the newly announced headline dates begin next Monday (April 6th) at 10 a.m. local time, while the general onsale begins that Friday (April 10th). You’ll find the full date breakdown below.
Additionally, BABYMETAL have revealed that the deluxe edition of METAL FORTH sees release June 26th through Capitol Records. In addition to the original LP, the redux features three live cuts and remixes of their Poppy-featuring “from me to u” single from both Major Lazer and Jordan Fish.
