In early 2002, two months after the death of his Alice in Chains bandmate Layne Staley, Jerry Cantrell released his sophomore solo album Degradation Trip. Just a few months later, he released an expanded, double-album version, Degradation Trip 1 & 2, which featured 73 more minutes of grim, introspective music. Our remastered, 20-year anniversary edition is on “doublemint” 4LP vinyl, arrives with new artwork and a 28-page booklet — making this the definitive way to celebrate these special songs.
